SURGICAL

We want to ensure that all pets receive the highest quality care and safety precautions while they are here for surgery and we achieve this by offering and recommending the following for all pets, regardless of age, sex, breed, etc.  When you call to schedule your pet's surgery, you will be asked to bring them in between 8:15am and 9:00am the morning of surgery, where you will be able to go into an exam room and be checked-in by a surgery technician.  During this time the technician will go over your pet's surgical procedure and answer any questions and allieviate any concerns that you may have about your pet.  With any surgery the patient receives a full examination, cardiac monitor while under anesthesia, a technician assisting the doctor at all times to monitor the patient's vitals, and a warm cage in our recovery room (right next to our surgery suite) before and after surgery where they continue to be monitored by a technician.  Click on the following links to read more about your pet's upcoming surgery.
