LORI YORK, DVM

Dr. York grew up in Cleveland Ohio, and moved to Georgia in 1981 to attend Veterinary school at the University of Georgia.  After graduation in 1986, she worked in a mixed animal practice in Lavonia Georgia for 4 years.  Dr. York bought Blue Ridge Animal Hospital in 1991 and concentrates her work and continuing education on dogs and cats.  She is married to her husband Greg and together they have 5 dogs, Lena, Gabriel, Rusty, Rudy, and Sara Lee, 3 cats, Samuel, Little Chester and Mamma Cat, and 2 horses.  She has very little time for hobbies, because she puts her heart and soul into caring for her patients, but when she gets the chance she likes to read mysteries.  She attends Springwell church, which she loves. CAROL SPRINGS, DVM

Dr. Carol Springs has been an Associate Veterinarian at BRAH since October of 1998.  She received a B.S. in Biology in 1988 from Furman University and received her D.V.M. in 1992 from The University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine.  Doctor Springs enjoys reading and cooking, and she loves playing with her son Isaac (this allows her to play with legos and not feel guilty).  Doctor Springs has 3 dogs, B.B., Boudraux (a.k.a. Boodie), and Etta, and 3 cats Connor, Nike, and Mamma Kitty.
